David Palm, the President of Jemson Cabinetry, started his career in the industry as a handyman and remodeler. After purchasing his first investment unit, David began a real estate career. Discovering his enjoyment for the remodeling aspect of home buying, he started designing with Jemson in 1993.
With 24 years of experience in the industry, David now oversees company operations at Jemson Cabinetry and is still very much involved in the design and sales aspects. “I enjoy overseeing large kitchen remodeling projects and working with the subcontractors to complete a project,” David explains. A favorite project of David’s was a 19th century farmhouse kitchen remodel on a ten-acre farm in Lancaster, PA.
David enjoys the great team at Jemson and how everyone supports one another. One of the most rewarding aspects of his job is helping a client through a project from start to finish and seeing their enthusiastic satisfaction with a job well done!
In his free time, David enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with their children and grandchildren. He spends his free time in summer golfing, and hunting in the winter.
For Carlene Toepfer, design has always been a passion of hers—whether that meant drawing houses as a child, to later helping friends and family design, plan, and coordinate their home renovations as a hobby. In 2000, Carlene turned her passion into a career as a designer for Ethan Allen. Today, Carlene continues to pursue her passion as a Showroom Coordinator at Jemson Cabinetry, Inc. On any given day, she is interacting with clients, designing and quoting perspective projects, editing completed projects prior to ordering, as well as organizing and coordinating the Jemson showroom.
Carlene’s favorite part of working at Jemson is utilizing her talent and passion for design. “I am excited to go to work every day and truly have fun designing and living my passion as my job,” she says. “I love working for a company that provides the quality of service that Jemson provides to our residential clients, as well as our builders and remodelers.”
In her free time, Carlene enjoys going on bike rides with her two sons, Kaedyn and Kayleb. She also spends time playing with their mini goldendoodle, Nala. When she finds time for herself, Carlene enjoys reading, shopping, and decorating her home.
Office Manager Colleen Coder has been working in the home remodeling industry for three years. With a background in office and account management, Colleen’s skills are perfect for Jemson’s needs.
On a daily basis, Colleen manages Jemson’s accounts, payroll, and orders products for their clients. Colleen enjoys our team, as well as the knowledge she’s gained about different types of cabinetry.
In her free time, Colleen loves spending time with her husband and takes every opportunity to visit her daughters, son-in laws, and granddaughters. She also finds time to pursue her passion for reading and love for travel.
